Stefano was born in Pordenone in 1989. He worked in the kitchen of some of the most renowned places in Italy and abroad. In 2013 he meets Chef Davide Bisetto, with whom he will work at the two Michelin stars restaurant of the Hotel Casadelmar, in Corsica. After the French experience he came back to the Venitian lagoon where, always alongside Bisetto, he worked at the Gold Restaurant of the Hotel Cipriani, contributing to the conquest of the Michelin star.
In addition to his huge passion for cooking, Stefano is a lover of rugby, a sport characterised by tenacity and teamwork, two components that the young chef always loves to carry with him, especially when working with the kitchen brigade.
Davide, originally from Treviso, began his professional experience at the end of the 80s working in some of the most influential restaurants in Europe. In 1995 he worked at the Four Seasons in Milan until he moved to Paris, where he won his first Michelin star working at the Il Carpaccio restaurant of the Hôtel Royal Monceau. In 2004 he became executive chef of Casadelmar, in Corsica, where he obtained his second Michelin star. Davide is the first Italian chef who obtained two Macarons Michelin awards in France in 2009 and, in the same year, 4 Hats in the Gault Millau Guide.
Being a cook, for Davide, is like a mission: his job is his own life and he devotes himself to it, ranging both in terms of cooking and of places, always driven by curiosity and the desire to spread tangible emotions.
